At Guitars, Etc., we are dedicated to delivering quality products and a professional customer experience. Delivering on that promise is our number one policy. Following delivery of your purchase, Guitars, Etc. customers are provided with a 48 hour approval period. That’s not something most shops offer, but we want you to dig your new purchase!

If you find it necessary to return any merchandise, contact us within that 48 approval period to receive your Return Authorization. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. All items must include a Return Authorization for your return to be accepted. The Return Authorization must appear on the outside of the shipping box. Any items received without return authorization information may be rejected. Items must be returned in the original packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in the original condition that it was received. The items must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Some individual items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to videos, books, cymbals, and wearables.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, along with the Return Authorization, our quality assurance team will review the merchandise in detail. If the merchandise is acceptable, we will process your refund minus shipping costs. Store credit is also available should you prefer a different product. If the merchandise is not in its original condition, it will be shipped back to you.
